Visit GCU Campus in the Heart of Phoenix
Established in 1949, Grand Canyon University is relatively new to the Arizona university landscape. Set in Phoenix, GCU is a private university offering a wide range of degrees to students from cities like Scottsdale, Goodyear, Mesa, and other suburbs of the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Many students study in the Ken Blanchard School of Business, while others participate in the College of Fine Arts & Production. Be sure to visit the Ethington Theatre for a chance to view some entertaining live performances from both student groups and traveling acts.
The GCU Antelopes compete in the Western Athletic Conference. The GCU baseball team has seen its share of success with a handful of current and former players making their way through Major League Baseball.
During the spring, visitors in the Phoenix metropolitan area enjoy taking in an exciting college baseball game at Brazell Stadium. Winter travelers can check out a GCU basketball game at the GCU Events Center.
